In line with the objectives of the organization and the varying needs of women workers, the different programs and services which can be undertaken for them, either as an individual or as a group, are the following:

  • EDUCATION AND TRAINING - deals with the acquisition and enhancement of knowledge, attitudes, and skills which will lead to their awareness, organization and action towards empowerment.


 

    1. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT TRAINING (WET) - which will focus on personal enhancement and effectiveness training to develop them as a whole/integrated persons. These programs can serve as entry point in women awareness through  focusing on improving their personla competencies instead of immediate political orientation on women issues.
    2. WOMEN INTENSIVE LABOR DEVELOPMENT (WILD) - which will focus on political, organizational and advocacy  involvement. These will be the higher level of education with emphasis on the political issues of women. Such education will involve action before participating in actions.


 

  • WOMEN COUNSELLING, ENTREPRENEURIAL, LIVELIHOOD AND LEGAL SERVICE (CELLS) - which will provide assistance to those in need of professional help.


 

  • WOMEN RESEARCH FOR DEVELOPMENT (WORD) -  which will concentrate on undertaking various types of researches on various gender issues and related concerns intended to provide accurate, timely and relevant information, primarily for advocating and strengthening the status of women in society.


 

  • WOMEN BULLETIN (WOMB) - which will devote efforts towards popularizing and advocating gender-oriented issues at the local, industry, national and internatiol levels using research outputs and active experiences of women shared during the education and training programs.
